a strategist, former therapist, and operator helping founders and executives lead through complex transitions with grounded clarity.

With over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams through high-stakes change in the EdTech sector, I understand how strategy, culture, and human dynamics collide when the pressure is on.

I began my career as a therapist and educator before stepping into executive leadership—and that human-centered lens has never left me. With a master’s from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice, I bring emotional depth to strategic advising—helping leaders translate their values into clear, actionable strategy.
